Dead sea salt contains over 20 minerals including sleep inducing magnesium, calcium, sulphates and potassium. Lavender and Ylang Ylang are both known for their calming and grounding properties, resulting in a relaxing bath, and a restful nights sleep.

How to use: Sprinkle the contents of the packet in to your bath. Can be used whilst pregnant but please check the ingredients for any allergens.
