Directions for use

Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add 5 -10 drops of the oil. Sit back and enjoy.

Puts a spring in your step

I’d forgotten how good Kitchen Garden is. I decided to change it up from the classic SW winter blends and drop a little Kitchen Garden magic. It’s fresh, light and reminds me that Spring is just around the corner. A perfect uplifting accompaniment to a therapeutic spring clean.

Serenity and sunshine in a bottle

Having smelled this delightful bouquet in a garden centre nearby over 6 months ago, I couldn't get it out of my head! I had bought December Days then (I wanted both but felt too indulgent at the time). Yesterday I snapped and found the SW Botanicals website (super easy to use) and ordered Kitchen Garden (and - to make up for my sensibleness last time - bought the Autumn one too).
