Use as part of your bed time routine in an oil burner or electric diffuser. Add a few drops to your bath. A couple of drops on our weighted eye pillow, and lay back and fall in to the land of slumber.

Directions for use
Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add 5-10 drops of the oil. Sit back and enjoy.
